GrainFlow began when our founder saw a friend who lived just 15 minutes from a grain elevator — stuck in line for two hours despite having a 10 AM appointment.
That moment sparked the idea for a simple but powerful question: why can't grain delivery run as smoothly as it's scheduled?
At most elevators, the day’s plan can go off the rails quickly. Trucks arrive in unpredictable bursts, pits slow down due to moisture checks or bin changes, and weather delays push back entire delivery blocks. Add in limited unloading capacity, overloaded phone-based coordination, and no real-time visibility, and it’s easy for a few late arrivals to turn into a two-hour lineup.
